All for bread and bread for all

I have always been the kind of person who fills up on bread before their food comes to the table. The kind of person who starts by putting two roles on their plate before anything else during Thanksgiving dinner. For as long as I could remember I've loved bread but, it wasn't until 2017 when I decided to start making it for myself.

After a few years of baking I decided that I wanted to make the kind of bread that spoils your appetite before dinner or becomes the most memorable part of your meal. Honest bread that has no frills, just flavor.
