Jalapeño Cheddar

Jalapeño Cheddar

Sourdough

Cabot sharp cheddar and pickled jalapeños come together to create one of the all time greats. This loaf loves the company of Bud Light and is best enjoyed in the twilight hours.

Nick's Tips: Load this bread up with a mile high pile of roast beef, American cheese, fresh cracked pepper, and Boars Head chipotle mayo.

Ol' Faithful

Sourdough

This the is the Swiss army knife of bread. The kind of bread you want to bring home and show off to your parents. It's a hearty loaf made with a blend of some of my favorite flours. Just trust me, you'll like it.

Nick's Tips: This bread is super versatile. It's great for avocado toast, salmon and lox, or the classic grilled cheese. How do I like it? Sliced thick, toasted and with an alarming amount of good butter.

Rye Sourdough

Sourdough

I fell in love with Rye bread later in life. It was introduced to me by a family friend of mine, Rafał. We all have him to thank for this.

Nick's Tips: Hear me out... Slice this bread thinly and toast it. Use this for my all time favorite breakfast sandwich. Over easy egg, bacon, caramelized red onion, garlic aioli, American cheese.

Seeded dough

Super Seed

Country Loaf

Bread that almost tricked you into thinking that it's healthy. Don't worry, it's stick chock full of gluten and carbs but now with the added health placebo of a 7 seed mix.

Nick's Tips: Lay on a thick layer of peanut butter, I like chunky for this bread but smooth is fine too. Shingle some sliced bananas and drizzle some honey over top.

Wheat Blend

Country Loaf

This isn’t the whole wheat bread your parents forced you to eat when you were a kid and if the memory of wheat bread has scarred you since I am here to change that. This bread is the real deal and has all of the health benefits of whole wheat without the flashbacks of mom forcing you to eat a whole wheat PB&J (with the crust - ew).

Nick’s Tips: The next day, slice thumb width. Prep tuna melt ingredients and assemble. Two important things with this: 1) cook this the right way, in a pan with some butter 2) get yourself some good tuna. I’m a big fan of American Tuna - all of their fish are line caught the old fashioned way and packed here in New England. Add hot sauce to taste.

Rosemary and Flaky Sea Salt

Sourdough

This variant is newer to our line up and came to us via recommendation from a friend of the bakery, Christa. Subtle herb flavor and flaky salt for texture.

Nick’s Tips: Use your left over Rosemary bread to make croutons for tomato soup or caesar salad. How do I like it? Dipped in a mix of olive oil, parmesan, crushed garlic, cracked pepper, and red pepper flakes.

Everything Dough

Everything But The Bagel

Sourdough

Imagine an everything bagel but without the bagel. That's what this bread is. About as messy as a nature valley granola bar but unlike the granola bar, this is actually worth eating.

Nick’s Tips: Aside from the obvious bacon, egg, and cheese this bread is surprisingly versatile. It's king of brunch toast options - toast it, add cream cheese, smoked salmon, capers, sliced red onion.

Italian Herb

Italian Herb and Cheese

Sourdough or Country Loaf

A long time fan favorite and hall of famer, this loaf is a combination of all things good. Bold, flavorful and unapologetically Italian.

Nick’s Tips: I can't imagine a better bread to use for bruschetta. This bread also loves the company of ricotta, prosciutto, olive oil, and fresh cracked pepper
